Looking for Peace and Tranquillity? Come to No Man's Land!
Ralph Boyce House - by the Cornish Riviera

Ralph Boyce House is in the unlikely sounding village of No Man’s Land. The bungalow overlooks a beautiful valley, only a short distance from the coast. Also nearby is the old smuggling port of Looe where you’ll find restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and a beach.

This single story, stylish, and modern bungalow sleeps six people in total, two with disabilities. As a purpose-built property it has been designed to make your holiday both easy and peaceful. There are plenty of things to do in this stretch of the Cornish coast. Enjoy the stunning scenery and unique coastal towns, or visit fishing ports and villages. There is so much to explore! (Click here for ‘Things to do and places to visit’ during your stay).

The bungalow has a substantial vaulted family room with a sitting area, dining area, and kitchen (see plan). French windows open out on to a terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the magnificent view of the valley.

The disability suite has twin profiling beds in the bedroom with French windows leading into the garden. It has an overhead hoist to the disability en-suite bathroom with a height adjustable wash basin and Clos-o-Mat toilet, hi-lo bath, and full size wheel-in shower.

There are two further twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom with a separate shower for family or carers (Click here for a list of all facilities).

We are confident you will enjoy your stay in this renowned and beautiful tourist area.

It is with regret that we have to announce that The Lin Berwick Trust will be closing down on 31 December 2021. However, the good news is that we are in the process of transferring the ownership of all three of our houses to new charities who will continue to provide holidays for the disabled.
